Peach and Pineapple Salsa

A salsa that people will go *peaches* for!

1 cup finely chopped fresh pineapple
1 cup finely chopped peaches
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 can corn kernels
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin (I added more depending on the flavor you're going for)
1/2 teaspoon Tony's seasoning (any type of "spicy" seasoning)
lemon juice to taste
salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl, toss together pineapple, red bell pepper, green bell
pepper, corn, black beans, onions, green chile peppers, orange juice,
and cilantro. Season with cumin, salt, and pepper. Cover, and chill in
the refrigerator until serving.


Terrific to serve with tostitos scoops!
